1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Saint Joseph Creations. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Saint Joseph Creations (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://saintjosephcreations.co.za website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your credit card information on our servers. You agree that the risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery of the items to our shipping provider.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped from our location in South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated for your order during the checkout process and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Delivery is handled by our designated third-party courier partners. Any delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays in shipments caused by the courier service, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our direct control. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Refunds & Returns Policy
All sales made through the Site are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. Please review our policy, which is available on a separate page on the Site. The Refund & Returns Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
