1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed with care from our base in South Africa. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare, package, and dispatch your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order is perfect.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

To provide you with the most accurate and fair pricing, we do not use a single flat rate. Instead, your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on two key factors:

  • The total weight and dimensions of the items in your cart.
  • Your specific delivery address within South Africa.

We partner with a network of reliable national couriers to offer you the following services, which will be presented to you at checkout:

  • Door-to-Door Delivery: A secure and tracked service that delivers your package directly to your nominated physical address.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched from our workshop, you can expect the following estimated delivery times:

  • Major City Centres (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban): 2-4 business days.
  • Regional or Outlying Areas: 3-7 business days.

Please note that these are estimates provided by our courier partners. While they are generally accurate, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

This is our promise to you: The moment your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey every step of the way until it reaches you.

5. Your Responsibility: Accurate Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is 100% complete and accurate. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to have it re-sent.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our creations to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with you and our courier partner to resolve the issue swiftly.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate a formal investigation with the courier to trace the package.
